• LUPI owns thin film evaporator plants of different size (from lab to industrial scale).They are operating under vacuum and hard vacuum maximizing volatile stripping and recovery of temperature sensitive products,viscous and fouling streams.

 

• Besides manual operation , an automatic control system allows control of the operative parameters through a field interface.A dedicated PLC organizes and manages the logic of the control functions and sequences.

• The Evaporation surface(1.3m² and 0.15m² and the operating conditions (max 300°C,0.3 mbar,fully automated) allow these units to distill /purify temperature sensitive compounds with a final throughput per our of anything from a few hundred grams to 10-20 kilos and above.
